„In her studio processes Anna Lena Schrieb has gone out hunting. And now brought back this „Feine Beute“ – a series of works that take us on an abstruse journey of voyeurism and investigative camouflage, moving through landscapes in which
only the observers themselves are to be seen. A wide spectrum of subtle light situations and contrapositions of heavy lines depict fragile scenarios of longing
and nostalgia. At one and the same time the viewers are given orientation and led astray. Up, down, front, behind are expressed through random repetition, virtually endless nuance is to be found in the (at best barely visible) aleatoric.“
